Born from the meeting of the industrial character of a former manufacturing building and a contemporary residential vision, Loft St-Laurent reveals an atmosphere that is both raw and refined. The original volumes were preserved to maintain the spirit of the space, while targeted interventions introduced warmth, light, and fluidity.

The spaces unfold around a central open axis, where materials—wood, steel, and white surfaces—interact in a balanced composition. Carefully designed lighting and refined finishes create a soothing atmosphere, conducive to relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to blend modern comfort with the memory of the past, resulting in an interior where authenticity and elegance coexist naturally.
